Buyers sent wrongshoe back
I have a buyer who sent the wrong shoes back to me. She is stating that she sent the right shoes. But I have pictures to prove this. She sent one shoeback that is the wrong shoe, and the other shoe is the right shoe. I have contacted her and she said that she has a video of her sending the shoes back. But I have pictures that mine shoes that I sent have a stain on them.The shoes that she sent back does not have a stain. How do I handle this. Can I report her for fraud to the post office?I can't get a hold of ebay to help me resolve this for sending the wrong item back.
