Buyers select standard shipping but only allowed to print USPS advance
Having issues with shipping selections. Posting item with eBay’s standard shipping labels and when going to the purchase label, I’m unable to chance selected and it will only allow to purchase and ship USPS Advance. Is this a hack buyers a figuring out or is there a glitch or post section I’m missing/doing wrong? Thanks for any advice and feedback!

Mentor2 weeks ago@sparkysbst Buyers can only choose the shipping options you offer on the listing. You can not charge the buyer more for shipping than stated on the listing.
Your error is that eBay Standard Envelope is ONLY for select items that sell for $20 or less.
eBay Standard Envelope is metered mail and the tracking can only be read by the sorting equipment.
It is important that the envelope is flexible enough to bend around a standard coffee mug with no lumps, no bubble envelopes or string closures.

Due to the type of tracking these often do not receive delivery confirmation. Treat these shipments as no news is good news. If the buyer doesn't receive the item then refund them from a item not received refund request case and file a PIP insurance claim.

For future shipments check to see if your post office has a Metered mail drop off box VS the big blue drop box.

OP2 weeks agoAdditionally, buyer is selecting and paying for standard shipping. The system will not allow to update or change to standard. Thanks again.
