Buyers Retracting Bids
Has anybody else had an issue with buyers retracting bids lately.. I am hoping it's just a coincidence but I have had two buyers retract bids in the last week. One of them at least seems like it was really sketchy. Are there bots that are going through and making bids on stuff because of keywords? It is really annoying to have a bid up until the last day of the auction and then have it retracted. Getting a hold of a live agent at eBay is not helpful.

There is nothing eBay can help you with. eBay doesn't bid on your items. Two potential buyers changed their minds and retracted their bids.
If you don't want to deal with either of those buyers in the future, you can add them to your Blocked buyer list here:

That is the odd thing. I can't locate them even with their username. I think they were bots.

Did you check the bid history? On the ended listing, click the # of bids, and I believe you should see the bid retraction there. If not, then eBay has made a change to the bid history - you used to be able to see them there.
