Buyers remorse
Someone sent an offer on an item before I could respond. They went ahead and bought it now they don’t want it and it’s already been paid for and shipped. Who’s in the wrong? Who’s in the right?

All the buyer has to do is file a Return Request when they receive the item. Depending on the reason for the Return Request determines how you need to respond.
Since you do not accept returns, you can deny the return request UNLESS the reason for the return is valid under Ebay's Money Back Guarantee. Buyer's remorse is not covered by the Ebay MBG.
