buyers putting false comments on feedback
A buyer purchased 8lbs of RAM memory boards. These were weighed on a very accurate scale. They were shipped via USPS Priority Bubble Mailer. He left feedback that stated the box was 1/2 lb short. My response was that was not possible b/c I didn't ship it in a box. He confirmed it was sent in a box so he had confused orders. Anyway, how do I get the email deleted that appears I cheated him?

Mentor1 year agoI do not see any feedback related to a RAM sale only a sale of weights. The feedback about weights is too late to be changed as feedback can only be changed within 30 days of receipt.
