Buyers profile has incorrect address

Hello,

I sold an item and immediately afterward the buyer sent me a message through eBay requesting to ship to a different address because his profile address is not current. Should I refund the purchase and request them to update their profile or accommodate the shipping change? Uncertain if this is legit or a scam.

I found the answer- To be protected against item-not-received claims, only ship to the address the buyer specified at checkout. To change the buyer's address, you'll need to cancel the order and ask the buyer to repurchase the item using their correct address. Make sure to void any unused labels.
