Buyer's payment methods are not working- is something wrong with my listing?
Hi- I have been contacted by a potential buyer about this listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/317086200910
They told me that they tried to buy the sneakers using multiple credit/debit cards but none of them would work. They contacted their bank and were told it's an eBay problem.
Is there something incorrectly setup on my side? I've never experienced this issue before with any of my other listings.

Does the buyer meet all your Buyer Requirements?
Check your Buyer Requirements Activity Log to see if the payment was blocked by your settings:
https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/blockedbuyeractivities
The buyer might be blocked if the buyer has a primary shipping address in a location you do not have shipping specified for, or if the buyer uses a PO Box, for instance.
