Has anyone noticed Ebay pointing to best offer on a search page? This leaves out anyone who doesn't offer free shipping and includes fake discounts on pre-owned items.

I see lots of search results from sellers that charge for shipping or that don't allow for offers, so I am not sure what you are describing.
