Here’s the customer note on the order:
(Hello! Kindly remove the plastic (if there is any) and any price tags. Just send the plain shirts, unpackaged. Thank you.)
The shirt is in its factory plastic bag without any price on it. I’m afraid to send it without any plastic bag because it won’t be new anymore.
Can I ignore her note and send it in its original plastic bag?
What’s the best thing to do?
