Buyers Not Leaving Feedback
Hello Community!
Could anyone willing, offer me insight and perhaps a few suggestions on the following please, I would truly appreciate it! Blessings to you and yours! ðŸ™
I have noticed that my last 5 buyers have not left me any feedback. I have had no transaction issues, I package well, ship quick, leave great feedback for them and have had no complaints or even any communication issues whatsoever so, I do not understand why I am never left any feedback. I am a stellar buyer and always leave feedback for sellers, I am truly perplexed why I am not getting feedback or even any replies on the rare occasion that I need to reach out to my buyer. Anyone else noticing this, is there anything I can do to get buyers to leave feedback?
Any advice, I am all ears and truly appreciate!

Mentor1 year agoNo problem! Yes, eBay does remind buyers (and sellers), but I have read many complaints from buyers about this. I have nearly 7000 transactions with a feedback score of 3054, which includes feedback from when I sold of half.com. Your score will increase!

Leaving feedback is optional, not mandatory.

yes, I understand that it is a mandatory option. However because I haven’t had any buyer feedback since I started selling again, I was wondering if perhaps Ebay no longer reminds buyers to do so or if this is simply something that most sellers experience now. I used to sell quite a bit years ago and buyer feedback was essential to the success of a sellers business and if I am remembering this right, I believe that Ebay expressed the importance of this to buyers after a sale, through message reminders and such.
Is this no longer being done?

Mentor1 year agoLeaving feedback is voluntary and not mandatory. Don't worry about it! Never ask or beg for feedback because you might not like the response you get. I give 100% FB to my buyers, but only receive about 35-40% back in return.
