Buyers not leaving feedback
I am having trouble with buyers leaving feedback. Just in the last 2 months, 13 haven't left feedback. I always leave feedback. I ship same day, if it falls within USPS hours, I pack great, I am just baffled. Any suggestions?

Mentor3 years agoFeedback is voluntary. No one is required to leave feedback. Not everyone does.
You have left 345 and received 289. That is not a bad ratio.

I doubt any seller is entirely satisfied with the amount of feedback received.
Consider that other sellers with similar feedback numbers for selling likely have had just as many transactions as you have had. So instead of thinking "I have had 100 sales, therefore my feedback should be 100 instead of just 30", you should be thinking that other sellers with 30 feedback have probably also had 100 sales. The sellers with 100 feedback for selling have probably had 300 sales.
