Buyers non receipt of orders
Hello during the last month As a seller I’ve had three customers whom stated they hadn’t received packages. Over the years of selling stuff the eBay shipping route doesn’t always update every package delivered , it has flaws. Being the seller and refunding this money how do I recoup my losses. Thank you
