Buyers need a feedback score on how many times they bailed on a purchase

Question

As the title implies, getting more and more of buyers request a total for large amounts of stuff 35-70 items and then get a bent out of shape the postage is too high or other nonsense and refuse to pay for the items. Can Ebay have a way to give some sort of feedback on the sellers that do this so WE the Buyers know if there are certain sellers that are doing this over and over again just to annoy the seller or some other cause

Its getting to be a pain because it screws up my inventory since some items are multiples of the same item and it wont relist as available. Its a huge waste of time

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

All unpaid items are recorded on a buyer's account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or canceled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges.

Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:
