As long as you ship the item to the name and address on the payment receipt ... you'll be protected against an 'item not received' dispute. [Just enter the tracking number into the case IF there should be one.]
If a buyer is sending the item as a 'gift' ... you'd expect to see a different name and address on the payment receipt.
