Buyers listed wrong address
My buyer listed the wrong address in their eBay profile. I bought the shipping label through eBay and mailed it to the address on the label. The buyer had not put that they lived in an apartment so therefore the package was undeliverable on his back to me. Well I have to buy a new shipping label or can I use the Owen and just add the apartment number. If so will eBay make them pay for the new shipping label because it's not my fault that they had the wrong address listed on their profile

My advice is to cancel the transaction due to "problem with buyer's address", and the buyer will be refunded. You can relist the item so the buyer can re-purchase it using the correct shipping address.
