Buyers limited to purchases every 10 days
I cant pay for an item and it gives this message. The seller says its a glitch. Customer service couldn't help him. Now I have an accepted offer thwts about to gove me an unpaid strike because the system isnt accepting payment. Whats the fix??
Seller accepted my offer but when I checkout it says that the seller limited buyers to purchasing every 10 days. Customer service didnt have a workaround for the seller and now im going to get an unpaid strike. Help

What you are seeing is the result of the settings that particular Seller has on their Buyer Management page. The value can be changed but here is a screen shot of the setting in question and my current settings:
The Seller could either change one of the values or add you to their Exemption list which would mean the block settings would not apply but that might require the current Offer to expire then you try it again after the Seller updated their settings.
