buyers leaving neutral feedback
Does eBay remove neutral feedback for sellers? I have had not one but two bogus buyers leave neutral feedback, one with no explanation whatsoever or ever contacting me. The other came back after having an item for over a month with claims that it had slight dings/marks on it and that he was unhappy. He also stated that he traveled with it and that was the reason that he didn't bother mentioning it to me after almost two full months of his purchase date. I offered him $10 and he gladly accepted but still left a neutral feedback. what can be done ? I don't want buyers like this ruining business
