Buyers lack of follow through on return
Buyer stated they received glassware damaged (one of three was damaged). They asked to keep the intact glassware, which I approved, and they received a refund on the one damaged item. In our correspondence through eBay, I said I would approve the refund if they returned a glass stopper that was part of the damaged item. They agreed. I have never received the item, and I see they may have that item for sale. What can I do to either get the item back, or additional compensation? Thanks!

Mentor2 years agoOnce you issued the refund, the buyer is not obligated to return the item. You should have accepted the return, issued a prepaid shipping label, and once the item was returned, then make the refund.
At this point, you can contact the buyer and ask if you send a prepaid shipping label (which you can get from pirateship or Paypal) would she return the stopper.
