Buyers getting message I don't ship to them

Question

I've had two different buyers want to purchase an item but both are getting a message I don't ship to the UK.

I have no exclusions and can't figure out what the problem is. I have had quite a few international orders no problem. I am so frustrated as is the buyer.

Any ideas appreciated please!!

I clicked on one of your active listings, and shipping shows you are using the ebay International Shipping. That method of shipping does have restrictions on size.

Packages should not exceed:
48 inches in length, 84 inches in length and girth
44 lbs. in billable weight (not actual weight) for all countries except Canada (maximum billable weight for Canada is 66 lbs.)

Which item? Usually this message is due to an error in your weight or dimensions - when the system canâ€™t calculate shipping, the buyer gets a message that the item may not ship to their location.
