Buyers getting a "Seller does not ship to your location" error
I have had several US based buyers reach out to me saying they are unable to purchase some of my items because eBay is claiming that I do not ship to their state. This is confusing as I do not have an locations blocked in my preferences. It also is only occurring on certain listings. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to fix it?

Mentor1 year agoThat may happen if the shipping is not set up correctly.
Do you have a specific item number that users have been having problems with?
