Buyer's city populated incorrectly by eBay. How can I get the package redirected?

According to the buyer, her city was populated incorrectly by eBay. Package was supposed to deliver yesterday, but does not show delivered per tracking.

What can I do to assist this buyer without negatively impacting my numbers? IF this was truly an error by eBay, I do not believe I should have to eat the shipping cost or pay any transactions fees. And I definitely do not want a negative against me for an issue that was out of my control.

Any suggestions? Please and thank you in advance.

The address on tracking matches the address that was submitted on the order. Buyer states the address has been corrected in the eBay system as of the time she contacted me last night.

Thanks for letting me know that it is not my error. That is a relief.

How can I fix it now for the buyer and get my product back? Is there a way to contact eBay on this issue? Does the buyer need to submit a dispute? Not sure how to proceed to benefit my buyer and resolve this issue.

When you go to the order details what does it show as the shipping address? If you shipped to that address then you are not in the wrong. eBay populates the address that the buyer has on their account.
