OP2 years agoI meant IF I returned defective item, the seller might be "encouraged" to add item again for sale. I would feel complicit unless item is described for sale "as is" (damaged or defective). Thanks.

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller were to relist the item, s/he would have to disclose the defect/damage. If not, then the next buyer would have to file a Refund Request for Not as Described case, making the seller pay again to get the item back. That makes no sense at all, so it is in the seller's best interest to describe the item accurately.

Please clarify what it is you are asking about. If a buyer chooses to keep a defective item, how can a seller resell it?
