Buyers cannot find my listings

Question

I have 75 items listed as ACTIVE. Both of my cousins have sat with me and tried to find numerous items I have listed on eBay and even when typing in the item title exactly as it shows in the listing, yet none of the items show up for them. If they cannot find it by searching for the exact item, what is happening with outside buyers? It shows as active and some items have been listed for months with no revisions. We tried at least 10 items. Why is that happening?

I see a message on your profile page: : "The seller is away until Sat, Sep 26, 2026. Expect a delay in delivery until they return."

Here's how to end your time away earlier than the scheduled date:

Go to Time away settings.
Select Cancel time away or set the End date to an earlier date.
Select Apply.
