Buyers canceling
Is there any way to refuse someone trying to cancel an order. they were in a bidding war and doubled the price of what it should be. once they won they requested to cancel and ebay is giving me no other options.

It's better to cancel than to try and force the buyer to pay and have to deal with a return and possible negative feedback later.
