Buyers Beware
I bought a 10k gold chain with cross pendant for my mom’s birthday on Christmas Eve. Upon opening the baggie in which it was packaged, I saw how delicate and dainty it was. My 70 year old mom was wearing it for less than six hours when it suddenly fell off her, the chain (rope) literally came apart, broke on the tiny teeny “links†so I immediately started a return process. I explained what happened and was told I would receive my refund. I looked today to see I was refunded half. Not acceptable! I had no communication from said “Seller†stating I would only receive half. This is the first and last purchase I will EVER make from this “Seller†again. I’m furious at the cost which was approximately $340-$360 to receive half refund…for a garbage piece. Future Buyers Be Careful!!

Mentor8 months agoOkay so you opened a formal return thru eBay and it shows as delivered correct?
You can dispute the half refund with eBay to get the rest.
