Buyers asking to cancel after they paid

I am at an all time high of buyers wanting to cancel orders after they pay. They use every excuse in the book. I think it is time EBay does something about it.

You do not have to accept cancellation requests, but sometimes it is better to do that. Have any of the buyers stated why they want to cancel the purchases?

If you refuse a request and ship the item, the buyer can file an item not as described dispute and leave a negative feedback if you try and fight it.

If they leave a feedback stating you refused cancellation, it can be removed.
