Buyers Always Wanting Refunds
I have had a lot of trouble with certain buyers who seem to pull the "damaged" item attempt to get discounts - when I state up front that I do not accept returns, trying to explicitly explain what might be wrong with item.

Mentor3 years agoIf the item is damaged, you must accept the return. Nicely ask the buyer to open a not as described return so you can issue a return shipping label. Do not refund until returned. If they are just fishing for a little refund, they probably will not return the item.
If you have serial returners or complainers, put them on your blocked list.
