Buyers address on the shipping label was old and had not been updated by hiim.
He had not changed his address with ebay and so the old address was on the shipping label and the item was returned to us. We now have his correct address, but cannot print the ebay shipping discount label with the new address. He is willing to pay the cost of reshipping, but we do not want him to pay the $20 plus dollars usps charges.
Does anyone know how we can print a new ebay shipping label with the discount and the new address?

You can purchase another label by selecting Get another label from the dropdown next to the order transaction. Remember to change the address before submitting.
