Buyer's Address is Incorrect
Hello,
A buyer notified me didn't update their address on eBay. Can I change it or do they have to cancel the order and reorder when they update the address?

Buyers cannot cancel orders, only sellers can.
You can use the option next to the transaction in your orders list to cancel the transaction using the reason that there is a problem with the buyer's address. Then relist the item and provide it to the buyer so he can repurchase it. Remind your buyer to use the Change link below the displayed address to make the change at checkout before submitting the payment.
