Buyers address is incorrect

Question

A buyer purchased a dress from me. A day later she messaged me to tell me her address on Ebay was old. I told her to update her address on her account. I explained I had to have her correct address in there so I could get my QR code for mailing. No response from her. The old address is still there. I emailed her again asking her to fix her address and, no response. Should I just cancel the order at this point?

You advised the buyer incorrectly. Changing her address in her profile will have no effect on purchases already made.

You need to cancel the transaction (using the reason that there is a problem with the buyer's address) and then relist so the buyer can repurchase the item with the correct address. She can add the correct address by using the Change link below the address that is displayed to her doing checkout.
