Buyers address
The buyer put a address on they’re order and it’s asking me to fix it I’ve messaged the person and they haven’t replied how do I get it fixed

Mentor7 months ago@dic_6245. First make sure that it's your buyer messaging you. Scammers sometimes try tricking new sellers into sending them an item.
Let the buyer know that per eBay policy you are required to ship to the address provided at checkout and can not change it. You need to ship to the address provided at checkout or you lose your seller protection for tracking proof of delivery. The refund will come from your back up payment method for selling costs. Let me know if you need to set that up.
You have to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund the buyer, relist so that they can buy again and provide the correct address at checkout.
IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE:
How are you determining your shipping costs? I see some pretty large items sold with way too low of shipping. The shipping carrier will bill you if you don't pay enough postage.
