Will you check out my buyers they are trying to pay for items without eBay and won't get back to me from eBay they text me I think something is off I have items ready to ship but they only want to pay for them without eBay???

You're dealing with criminals who are trying to steal your item without paying you. If you don't receive your payment through eBay checkout after which eBay marks the transaction ready to ship, it's a fake payment. There is only one legitimate way to pay and that's through eBay checkout. You should keep all communication through eBay.

As a new buyer, you are a scammer magnet (especially with the price points of the items you're selling). You are better off NOT accepting offers and using the option in the listing form to require immediate payment (which means the item isn't sold until it's paid for).

Very few legitimate buyers would buy expensive coins from someone with zero eBay experience. You'd have a better chance of selling items by buying some items yourself on eBay to:

Learn how things work from a buying perspective.
Earn some feedback to show you have at least some experience.

As for your scammers:

Use the report option in the Actions dropdown in the message to bring them to eBay's attention.
Don't communicate with them.
On day five, cancel the transactions using the reason the buyer hasn't paid. (The option is in the dropdown next to the transactions in your orders list.
