Buyer Wrote Fake Review

The buyer asked me to cancel his order and refund. I did what he said. After a while, he wrote a fake review about my item, which affected my sales. I can not reach anybody to explain situation and remove that fake comment.

The deadline to request feedback removal is 90 days. There are no exceptions.

The preferred method to request feedback removal is using the eBay Feedback Removal form. Keep it short and to the point. Such as "Buyer requested to cancel. I canceled".
