Buyer wrongfully listed the reason for their return as item as not described.
Hello, I recently sold a lot of CD jewel cases with the artwork no CDs. Messaged the buyer on the day of the sale thanking them for their purchase and informed them that I included an additional jewel case that was not part of the listing as a thank you. 7 days later I received a message saying "No CDs, stop the payment". The title of the listing was as follows, "Lot of 12 Rock and Pop CD cases with artwork: No CD's only artwork". The item description also says No CD's, only artwork. Buyer submitted a return listing the reason as, "Item not as described, deceptive description". The description and title both says no CD's. Can I dispute the reason for the return? I do not mind the return but, do not want the ding for item not as listed.
Any help is appreciated,

If you ask eBay to step in, they will tell the buyer to return, or they will refund without return from your funds. You’ll get an unresolved case defect and the fees won’t be refunded.
A better option is to accept the return, and refund when received. Then report the buyer for abusing the money back guarantee. Since you are top rated and the item offered returns, eBay will subsidize $6 of the return shipping, remove any bad feedback the buyer leaves, and remove the item from your not as described count.
