Mentor2 years ago@graybelle86 The only way to handle this is to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund the buyer and relist. You must ship to the address provided at checkout or you lose seller protection for tracking proof of delivery.
You will need to VOID the label with the wrong address>
You can void the label within 5 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
