Buyer wrong address
How should I handle the following situation. Buyer placed order, I shipped the order to the buyers address. Package is returned stating “unknown address RTSâ€. I contacted the buyer and asked if they were wanting to cancel the order since the item was returned. They stated no and we figured out their address was wrong in eBay. So I’ve already paid to ship the item once, it will require shipping to be paid again to get it to the buyer. The item is only worth the cost of shipping. What is the best way to handle the cost of reshipping the item?
