Buyer wont return item
I shipped the wrong item to a buyer and they are ignoring me on ebay and on their phone. Is there any way I can get ebay to step in and assist me with this issue?

Mentor2 years agoSorry no, ebay can not help you. If it hasn't been delivered yet you can try having it intercepted and returned to you.
