Buyer Won't Respond
Can anyone tell me what to do when a buyer won't respond? I've written her 4 times now and nothing. The post office messed up royally and her item is coming back to me. I wrote her apologizing until I can't apologize anymore for this horrible messed up transaction. I'm in Ocean Springs, MS and her package has gone to Texas, California and Iowa, and now it's on its way back to me. WTH? I wrote her explaining everything and that once they were returned to me, I would ship them to her (FREE). I also refunded her money but asked for her address again so I can ship her item out. I don't know what else to do. Thank you for any guidance you may have for me.
