buyer wont pick up package

hey im new to ebay and i sent my buyer his item and it says running behind but also when i click on tracking details it says it delivered to po box a week ago. buyer wont reply and my funds are still on hold. what do i need to do?

Hi @andwilli_80

If the address was a PO box eBay considers it delivered so you have no issues on that part of the transaction.

As a new Seller, and as @mudshark61369 mentioned, your funds will be on hold up to 30 days and you can read about that here: Payments on hold | eBay

@andwilli_80 , Your buyer may be out of town visiting their Mom or for work. Even if they did pickup the item your funds will remain on hold for 21 to 30 more days after the Delivered scan date, depending on the cost of the item.
