How do I report a buyer that won't pay? Do I have to wait for him to cancel it? How many days before I can cancel it?

How do I report a buyer that won't pay? Do I have to wait for him to cancel it? How many days before I can cancel it?

Mentor2 weeks agoBuyers have four full days (96 hours) to pay for their items. If they do not pay within the four full days then on the fifth full day you can cancel their purchase. To do this you find the item on your sold item list and from the drop down menu you select cancel purchase. Make sure to use the reason "Buyer has not paid" as this gets your final value fee refunded and the buyer receives an unpaid item strike on their account. This reason option will not show up until four full days have passed so if you do not see it then you are too early to cancel the purchase.

OP2 weeks agoI found in the settings the auto cancel and relist after 4 days. Does that still report them and get my final value fees back?
