Buyer won auction then decided they didn’t want it so they marked item under†ordered by mistake
I am a seller and the buyer won a 7 day auction but now filed the return for the item under “ordered by mistake†and eBay approved it even though on my listing it states returns not accepted. How is that possible?

Your listing does not state "no returns", it states "30 days returns. Buyer pays for return shipping."
