Buyer won auction

Question

Buyer won auction and since then they have not paid nor responded to any of my multiple communications. They are totally ignoring me and I canâ€™t find a way to speak with an actual agent from eBay. Help me please.

By policy, buyers have four (4) days to pay. On day five, cancel the transaction using the reason â€œbuyer has not paid.â€

This will close the transaction, issue the buyer a nonpayment strike, and your fees will be fully refunded by eBay.
