Buyer won’t return wrong item shipped
A buyer ordered a $1.25 baseball card. A $37 trading card was sent to buyer. I contacted buyer and explained an error had been made, I would pay the shipping for him to return it and would send him the correct card plus a bunch of goodies. He didn’t respond to 4 messages, then I are a veiled threat and he basically told me Oh well, tough beans. Is there anything I can do? I can’t even leave negative feedback for him.

Unfortunately, no, there is nothing you can do - you gave the buyer a gift.
Do not leave positive feedback with a negative comment - you’ll get a policy violation on top of your loss.
