buyer with zero feedback
There is apparently no blocking of buyers with no feedback, unless I missed it in settings.
A buyer with no feedback, apparently purchased for 1st time on 4/9 after joining Ebay on 4/8, payed right away, but left me neutral feedback, claiming 2 cups (out of 10) arrived broken. I pack my items VERY well to avoid breakage, so this was a surprise given that she never contacted me to tell me, even though I have in EVERY listing to contact me previous to leaving feedback if there is an issue.
Did Ebay change that policy (don't sell to buyers with no or less than __ feedback? I wonder what kind of feedback I should leave her, or no feedback?
I'm not vindictive, but I am disapointed in this episode, considering I'm not a big seller!

·1 year agoEBay has never allowed zero feedback buyers to be blocked.
Buyers cannot be given negative feedback so it would be best to leave none.
