Buyer with THREE ID's! Help with question regarding purchase. WWYD?
I'm a fairly "seasoned" seller. I've been here since it's inception and have several 1000 positive sales (99%).
Today a potential buyer messaged me asking "Send me best price." It was a $15 item and "free" shipping for audio book. I checked his feedback and decided I'd rather not trade with him as ALL feedback he's ever left was NEGATIVES. (No thanks, I'll pass). So I messaged back "That is my best price." and proceeded to Block buyer.
An hour later, SAME BUYER with a different Ebay ID purchased the item at $15. Frustrated, I decided ok whatever I'll ship it out tomorrow morning and see what happens.
Two hours later, SAME BUYER with Same Address but a 3rd Ebay ID purchased 8 MORE audio books totaling over $100 from my store!!
I'm wondering WHY did this person use the 3rd ID to purchase MORE instead of just adding it to his previous purchase for $15? Am I wrong to cancel these transactions since this is SO very suspicious, or should I give Ebay a call and find out WTH is going on here? Look for what other sellers would do.

·3 years agoThe buyer can still leave feedback if you cancel the transaction (it's just a little harder because for some reason eBay removes the link to do so in Purchase History that most buyers use). Cancelling would only give him/her a good reason to leave negative feedback.
