Buyer with positive, yet untrue feedback?
So, we had a buyer that requested a return for an item, because they bought an LP record from us, and requested a return; no problem, send it back in the same shape, 100% refund. So, they then decide to give us "positive" feedback that states: "sent wrong product will give when returned"

The persons only correspondence with us was "thoought i was buying a cd" (despite it being in the vinyl records category..)
Can I get this removed? It's positive feedback so hard to go through traditional channels. I know it's not that bad, but it's driving me kind of nuts. Kind of a jerky thing to do.

Something like “buyer stated they thought they were buying a cd, although we had it listed in the vinyl category. We accepted a return and refunded in fullâ€
