Buyer with false Feedbacks
I sold to a buyer who has many (more than 500?) false feedbacks. How can I report this to eBay and get this corrected?

OP2 years agoAutomatic feedback? That's a new one to me. But that's generated by the seller? (I sold to this person.) He made what seems to be a spurious claim. I refunded him but I don't want to see him do this to anyone again. Is there a way to fix this?

OP2 years agoAbout what I was calling false feedback, it is really automatic feedback. I don't really understand it and I'm not sure I like it, but I have just a little bit of a grasp on it, I guess. Is it generated by the buyer or seller, or either one? (Or neither? eBay?)

I have to ask the same question that @house*of*paws asked. What is a false Feedback? If you mean a Buyer who has left the exact same Feedback for all of their purchases that would be more like Automatic Feedback opposed to False.
