Buyer wins, doesn’t pay, then….
Buyer wins item from new account , doesn’t pay, I re-list item, same buyer opens new account and wins item for much less.

·2 years agoHi @dgk69 If they pay within 4 days, you must ship the item to the buyer. In the future, when you don't want to sell to a buyer again, add them to your Blocked Bidder List:
