buyer will not send merchandise back , made mistake of rerfunding one before receiving merch $500
Sent wrong instrument cluster to buyer, he stated he did not want , no problem here is you money now send my merch. Had return label made thru eBay ready for buyer he can't download nor copy labels, lacking computer skills., Buyer then goes on vacation etc. Now 6 weeks into this , have purchased an additional return label and emailed to buyer sill no merch and now no correspondence with buyer he won't return emails. This is a $500 Porsche interment panel, not. a $1.00 Gidget. what are options and what to do New to eBay, less then impressed
