Buyer will NOT respond to my messages.
I have been trying to reach a buyer of one of my items for 2 days. I have emailed them and texted them multiple times without any response. I have an issue with the item and have to have their input before I send. What can I do

Mentor1 year agoCancel the order and refund the buyer.
It is not their problem and you don't need to wait for their input.
You do not want to ship an item that is not as you described in the listing.
